Horseback Riding
A friend suggested I try horseback riding. There are places that use horseback riding as therapy for MS. It helps with balance and muscle control. I'm going for my third lesson today. So far, so good.
I am just hearing about this therapy and it sounds promising. I am an MS nurse who has had MS for more than 30 years. Lately the traditionally approved meds are not working and things are going south. I appreciate hearing your experiences and hope you continue to improve.
47 year old female diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 6 years ago. Tried most of the traditional and some holistic treatments for MS as condition continued to decline.
