August 6, 2007

Kayaking at the cottage in Maine and water aerobics in my home pool have made me feel better. Those were both great forms of aerobic exercise that were easy enough for me to do to get my endorphin level up. When it's raining, my back-up is my treadmill, but I don't like it as much. My new goal is to go to the gym 3 times per week.

Hi, how are you doing now? Still getting stronger?

Hello. I was sent a link to your blog by Dr. Hammond at Johns Hopkins. My husband is preparing to receive Revimmune in February and I was wondering if you would be willing to speak to us directly about what to expect. Apologies for not addressing you by name, but I can't find it anywhere on the blog.

Thank you for taking the time and putting forth the effort to post this blog - it's a huge help and we plan to do the same. Kind regards, Meaghen

Thank you for posting your experience. I am in the process for rebooting. I was wondering how you are doing since your last posting in August. Can you walk? How much has your body rebooted? Thanks for any information you feel like sharing.
